School of Fish album cover

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Tampa Bay, FL (June 10, 2019) -- Cynthia Haring & World Nation with The Sue Sue Sisters featuring The World Nation Children's Choir celebrate their debut appearance on the Billboard Heatseeker West North Central Regional Music Chart at #4 (for the week of June 8, 2019) with new album entitled, "School of Fish," a collection of 10 energetic, fun, playful songs in the pop vocal, Americana music style for kids of all ages.

"We were ecstatic when we heard bright and early Tuesday morning (June 4, 2019) that we made the Billboard Top 5 on a Heatseeker regional chart," says co-producer Cynthia Haring. "That was all thanks to super big sales in my hometown area of Davenport, Iowa last week. We are really grateful to all the folks who bought CDs at our Flood Relief Concert and three other events there!"

Co-producer Katia Valdeos added, "This is exciting news not only for us as album producers, but also for all the kids and teens who appear on this album. We have 21 amazing orchestra musicians from Venezuela who worked together to make this possible as well. We feel a big sense of accomplishment in the release of this "School of Fish" children's album since it has been several years in the making."

The "School of Fish" album was produced by Cynthia Haring and Katia Valdeos; engineered by multi-GRAMMY Award-nominated Tom Morris and Lonnie Park (with additional engineering by GRAMMY Award-winners Raniero Palm and Ruben Salas, as well as Luis Alejandro Bermudez, Eybar Serrano, and Charles Glenn); mixed by GRAMMY Award-winner Oscar Autie except "Heal The World" medley mixed by Tom Morris; mastered by GRAMMY Award-winner Emily Lazar and Chris Allgood at The Lodge, NY; art direction & design by Michael Crabb; album cover painting by Leonid Afremov; and music & entertainment consulting by Tracey Milionis and William Kelly Milionis. The album was released on Haring & Valdeos' own World Nation Records® label. A portion of CD proceeds are donated to BeatNb! (neuroblastoma), the Caryl Haring Memorial Scholarship Fund, and environmental support groups through the Haring Valdeos Fund for Social Justice based in Weeki Wachee, FL.

"For over 20 years, Katia and I have mentored and coached children and teens in World Nation, at no charge, to perform on stage and (since 2011) to record in the recording studio," explains Haring, "because we really believe in giving back to our youth. Now they can be the torch bearers for taking this positive, musical message to a new generation."

Members of The World Nation Children's Choir: Tad Andris, Albee Chen, Nazary Cruz, Cameron Flood, James Kuntz, Janilyn Mascorro, Lexi McDaniels, Savannah Meier, Hezekiah Montalvo, Ricky Motacek, Yuvisela Motacek, Mikaela Mulch, Nehemiah Muñiz, Haley Nichols, Nick Oberfeld, Jaidan Samburgh, Haliyah Sample, Amira Santa, Nevaeh Sapp, Aditya Shah, Annika Sly, Marcos Trujillo, Shiloh Valentine, and Eva Vazquez.
